The Thomas A. & Mary Jo Russo Scholarship (FN) provides $5,000 annually for up to four years to a graduating high school senior residing in New Castle County, DE, Chester County, PA, or Delaware County, PA. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be pursuing a degree in a business-related field or a vocational/trade program. Renewal eligibility requires continued enrollment in the same degree program.
