Description

The Tina Turner Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to graduating seniors of Mountain View High School. Only Oregon colleges are eligible. Preference will be given to students at Central Oregon Community College. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion for more information.

Eligibility Requirements
