The USA Freshman Leadership Scholarship Program is given to incoming freshmen based on leadership and service commitments during high school. Priority consideration will be given to students who represent economically and educationally disadvantaged groups or students who have participated in Educational Talent Search, Upward Bound, Stars and Stripes, or other developmental/educational programs.
