The William R. Shaffalo Scholarship Fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation was created to provide educational assistance to students attending Upper St. Clair High School who demonstrates talent in art and is pursuing an undergraduate art major. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors in Upper St. Clair High School. Financial need is considered but not required.
