The Wooster College Scholar Award is awarded to students with outstanding academic records and demonstrated potential to positively impact the Wooster community. Applicants must be new entering domestic and international first-year students. There is no separate scholarship application for the College Scholar Award. Selection is based on admissions application materials. To be considered for the College Scholar Award, students must apply Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Early Action. Typically, this scholarship is awarded to students with unweighted GPAs of 3.6 or higher in a rigorous curriculum and/or rank, if applicable, in the top 20 percent of their class.
