Doctoral Degree Requirements	Advanced practice nurse (nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, nurse midwife); master's degree in nursing from accredited program with minimum GPA of 3.2; graduate-level statistics, nursing research, and health assessment courses; unencumbered license as registered nurse in state of practice
