Doctoral Degree Requirements	Testimony of faith in Jesus Christ, degree from an accredited baccalaureate program, 3.0 undergrad GPA, a C grade or better in pre-requisite courses, 50th percentile PCAT score, receive a Pharmacy Intern License from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy by the beginning of the first professional year
