Description

AZVT Laurie Page-Peck Scholarship is open to any student currently enrolled in an accredited veterinary or medical technician program, as well as students that have graduated within six [6] months of the abstract deadline. The student must write a paper pertaining to zoo veterinary technology. Students must submit topic proposals, in abstract form, to the scholarship committee for approval. The purpose of an abstract is to provide a clear, concise summary of the information to be presented in greater detail in the paper. An abstract contains some of the major components of the paper, in 200 words or less. The deadlines are: March 4th: Abstract due; April 8th: First draft due; and May 13th: Final draft due.
