Description

The Charles H. James II and Lucia Bacote James Scholarship will be awarded to students in any college or university. Applicants must attend a Baptist Church in West Virginia. Special preference will be given to applicants affiliated with First Baptist Church of Charleston (Shrewsbury St.), Charleston Black Ministerial Alliance, or Charleston-Institute (WV) Chapter of the Links Incorporated. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts. Eligibility Requirements
