Description

Eligibility is limited to Tennessee JROTC cadets who have been awarded either The American Legion General Military Excellence, or The American Legion Scholastic Award Medals and received the Certificate. Awarding of The American Legion Medals must come from an adopting American Legion Post. The JROTC Senior Instructor must provide the recommendation for the scholarship award.
