Description

The Baxley Foundation Scholarship is open to UCA freshmen students who will complete 30 hours or more by the end of their freshman year. The student must be a resident of Arkansas and have graduated from an Arkansas high school. Students must be ineligible for federal aid and rely upon student loans and/or family for financial assistance.
