The Bernice Pickens Parsons Fund is for students in any college, university, or training institution. Preference is given to Jackson County residents. Students must be in the field of study in either library science, nursing, and/or paraprofessional training in the legal field. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
