The Conditional Grant Program is available to eligible students pursuing a degree in engineering or a TxDOT-approved operational business discipline. The Conditional Grant Program will consider both Texas public and private four-year institutions. Due to COVID-19, emailed applications are now accepted. Mail-in applications are still accepted until April 1 if you choose not to send via email.
