Description

This program provides need-based grants to eligible Connecticut residents attending eligible institutions of higher education in Connecticut. Students must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by their college's deadline, if applicable. Students, as a result of filing the FAFSA, must have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) equal to or less than the allowable annual EFC. There is no application to fill out.
