Description

The William P. Willis Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to low-income students attending institutions in the Oklahoma State system. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program. Students must be nominated by their college's president. One student is nominated per institution except for Northeastern State University, which nominates two students. Please contact the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to confirm the deadline, 2025.
