“The GED? What is that?”

In 2017, over 300,000 students took the General Education Development test to earn the equivalent of their high school diploma. For such an important and popular test, a lot of misconceptions exist regarding what getting your GED diploma can actually mean.

We set out to bust common myths about the GED test in the most entertaining way possible: posing questions about the test to random strangers on a popular walkway in downtown Denver.
