Description

The ETSU Promise Plus is open to first-time, full-time freshmen eligible for the Tennessee Education Lottery (HOPE) scholarship and the maximum Pell Grant. If any tuition and program-service-fee costs are left after these funds have been applied, ETSU pays them for Promise Plus Scholars. The program covers any tuition and program services cost left over after the Pell grant and HOPE scholarship are applied. The amount of funding provided varies from student to student, depending on other public funding you are receiving. The promise plus scholars program does not pay for books or other expenses, such as course fees, housing, and meal plans.
