It’s exciting to finish your first year of high school. Congratulations, you made it as a freshman! Now that you’ll be a sophomore next year, you have a few responsibilities in terms of classes, standardized tests, extracurricular activities, and college preparation that you can get a head start on over the summer. 

Don’t worry, you don’t have a ton of work to do, we know you want to enjoy your summer. But a bit of planning and preparation will set you up for success in the next school year. The only thing that will take up a larger chunk of time may be something you’re doing already and will have fun doing–extracurricular activities.
